After clicking on the widget I get this URL, http://ben-heys.co.uk/twitter.com/b_heys when I need it to read twitter.com/b_heys. Anyone know how to get around this. This has happened with every widget I downloaded for my website.

Are you including the full URL in the widget settings? (i.e. http://twitter.com/b_heys). Please check if you included the "http://" at the beginning and let me know if this fixes the issue.
