  • Your css has wide colum at 450px and sidebar at 180px while your page width is 620px. That could be your problem.

Otherwise something in your new posting is too large.

Also, if the column width is 450px, then your map picture at 496px is probably forcing the other column to move.

This sort of problem is usually caused by images being too wide, so I’d suggest checking them all to make sure they are less than the column width.

Cheers Wolfeib and kmessinger, i’m not sure its either as all are fine on their individual pages

    (see here: http://seandodson.wordpress.com/2008/01/02/who-big-brother-is-watching-right-now/)

i’ve tried altering the css to little avail,

    ..S..

There is different css for the individual (narrow column)page. Check differences between narrow column, page and wide column. Play with these values to see what happens.

If all is ok, then something you posted (image, map, etc.) is too wide.

thans kmessinger …. it was just a badly coded youtube link in the end … one that should have been embedded in the text. Thanks very much for your advice. Its got me into CSS for the first time too!

    respect
