Hi everybody! using firefox or chrome my site http://hogar-verde.com looks like I want, but a friend report to me that using IE 8 the site looks misconfigurated.
Could you help me please?

Ok Esmi, I did that, so what the next step, how can I fix the errors the validation show?, I am not a programmer, all I have learned about wordpress is by reading and doing...

You've either added code to your theme templates or you have a bad plugin. Something (or someone) is adding code right at the top of the page - before the DOCTYPE. That needs to be removed asap. Once it's gone the number of errors may fall dramatically. After that it's down to looking at reports of missing closing tags or any end tags that don't have an matching opening tag and working back through the templates to find where the issues are.
Then it's onto looking at the CSS errors and sorting them out one-by-one.
There is no easy, non-technical, way that this can be done - other than hiring a professional to do the work for you.

Esri, you were right!!!! I removed that code and now the web page looks like I want. There are others problems like you said, I hope these problems will not disturb me.
