You may try switching to wordpress default theme if that works.
Also try this::
It seems like you have accidentally deleted or edited the header.php file.
Check that file, and upload a new copy of header.php file. -
Do you have the FTP info for your site? I would try to do a manual update of WordPress. Ensure that you updated ALL of the WordPress files.
I would also make sure that your theme is there and all good.
If that still doesn't work, try deleting the theme (make sure you have a backup) and rename the plugins folder to old-plugins or something like that.
That should reset your site to the default theme. You can then re-install and reactivate your plugins one by one and re-install the theme. Either a plugin or the theme is the cause of this issue.

The fact you're just getting white screen of death might mean there's simply a problem with functions.php in your current theme. I'd recommend checking there first, it might be something as simple as there being blank lines.
