My site isn't working and I can't even get into it to try to fix it

I was adding the Plugin NextGen Gallery Date which requires you to make a small css change to the nextgen-gallery/nggfunctions.php

I thought I made change correctly, but apparently did not and now this is all I have:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DEC, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or ‘$’ in /home/eswartz/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/nggfunctions.php on line 587

I can’t login to my site HELP!!!
