[closed] my site is not showing after transferring to godaddy (12 posts)

    i recently hosted my domain on godaddy. ive imported all my content but its not showing when i visit my site. why is this?

    need help asap

    See if there is a index.html in the root.

    Using ftp or the file manager provided by Go Daddy look at the root directory.

    i think ive found it. ive deleted it but nothing happens?

    It now goes to a splash page where you can log in to your host.

    The log in for your site is

    thank you, ive managed to access all my content when i log in. but, how to i make it visible when my domain is searched? ive imported the xml file but my recent content, theme etc seems to have disappeared

    Go here http://www.ihatethisbecause.com/ and there is a link in the bottom left to launch your site.

    ive clicked the link to log in, onto my hosting account, where would i launch it from there?

    You need to ask your host about that.
