I upgraded to 3.5 tonight. All was well. Until I added some code to the themes function.php file. I added the code into a post it worked fine now this is what i get Fatal error: Cannot redeclare adsenseFunction() (previously declared in /home/crazydel/public_html/wp-content/themes/suffusion/functions.php:1382) in /home/crazydel/public_html/wp-content/themes/suffusion/functions.php on line 1403

I’ve cleared my cache tried as many tricks as I know. Read articles and can’t find a solution.

I’m stuck I can’t change themes, can’t deactivate plugins, can’t login or out. Anyone help please?

Code is all new to me I’m really lost.

You’ll need to edit your functions.php file to remove the added text, or switch to a different theme.

In order to do that, You’ll need to access your site using FTP, and either edit the wp-content/themes/suffusion/functions.php file, or remove/rename the wp-content/themes/suffusion/ directory to force WordPress to switch back to it’s default theme.
