   Make sure you have installed wordpress properly. Also, remove htaccess file if you have one..

   Did you set up any redirection via .htaccess (ie. WWW to non-www URL etc.)? Disable all your .htaccess rules and then try to install wordpress.

   I have try install but I got that _options can not open and so I can not log in my site :(

   HI, I'm hoping someone can help me. I just tried to login to my site and got this error message, I also get the same error when I try to go to the site.

   Cannot open file (/hermes/web07/b696/pow.victoriah/htdocs/wp-content/backup/.htaccess)

   I"ve located my htaccess file thorugh my host file manager and FTP. Can I just delete this file, will it have any detrimental effect on my site?
