I dont understand, there are so many sites out there that associated to amazon, but only mine get banned. and the url totally removed from google index. On the other hands, a similar site like mine is still exist for years.
What happening? I wonder if the "nofollow" and "dofollow" caused my site from being banned by google? my site is very similar to slayo,com yet this site is doing super fine. What kind of plugin this site using on each post to link the url to Amazon?

i dont think that you could get banned by just being an affiliate of Amazon. it must be something else. If i may ask, are you doing paid posts? or sponsored post and the like? because if you do, Google does not like such.
the best thing you can do is write to google and ask for your site's reconsideration in the SERPs. you can do so by going to your google webmaster tools page (sign up for one if you don't have an account yet).
