    Hi, I’m only a beginner with WordPress, css and the like, but, I’ve been tinkering with a personal theme, tho, it seems to be lacking something, it feels “flat” if that makes sense. I’m for suggestions or tips, to make it more appealing to the eye. easier to read possibly.

    Maybe a textured background would help.

    I would spruce up the list headers too in the sidebars, the button style feels a little blah to me.

    I’ve played around with BGs, colours, textures, even in just diff sections. I’ve also been playing around with the theme roller, but integrating it a huge task for a novice like me, I guess for anyone.

    I’ll tinker some more.

    how’s that looking? I’ve tried testing on most common browsers, seems to be ok from what I’ve seen.
