My server doesn’t supports WordPress Auto Install….

Hi all, i got server from a host which doesnt supports wordpress auto install… Can i install it manually and how can i upload my database of wordpress from windows to server up and upload it running…. Thanks

My database name is wordpress can i change it to my website name or not…. thanks
