My posts on wordpress.com?

    I run an wordpress site for my Club and also have a wordpress.com blog for my self where i blog about stuff not related to my club.

    when bloggin on wordpress.com i noticed a related posts at the bottom of the post i was writing and noted it linked to a hosted wordpress.org 3.5.1 install. I was wondering how this was achieved? I’d love to be able to share my club posts to the wordpress.com network in this way as many people blog about the similar interest as my club (local offroad driving club)

    can anyone point me in the right direction please
