Hello,
I have been putting Google Ad code into my header and I accidentally deleted some existing code, which made my posts and sidebar static. If you visit my site, http://www.soundcheckmusicblog.com, you will notice that you can shift the posts and sidebar from right-to-left and left-to-right. When shifting from right-to-left, the post title is uncovered.
Does anyone know how to stop this from happening??
if you had no customisations to haeder.php before, upload a fresh copy of header.php;
or download a fresh copy of your theme, and compare the code of the fresh header.php with the code of your accidentally damaged header.php, to repair the code.

I have multiple customizations to my header. I can't, for the life of me, figure this one out. Can anyone help, please?
I can't find anything unusual with your site - neither in Firefox3.6 nor in IE7.
resizing the browser window does not effect anything of the layout.
possibly try to clear the browser cache - for instance by pressing 'CTRL F5'
what browser are you using?
can you provide a screenshot of the problem?

I am using Chrome, but I don't think that's the problem.
I think the problem occurs when you use the two finger scrolling feature on the Apple Trackpad. You can literally shift the contents (posts and right sidebar) about half an inch to one side and half an inch to another, hiding some of the text of both.
Here is a link that shows the first post text cuts off the "M" in Music and the "C" in cable. Also, cuts off the author, and categories in which the blog is posted.
