My pink strip disapeared

hi, i haven’t done any changes but it seems my pink strip with banner and call us # and menu bar disapeared from my home page, (well all pages), the menu is now under the tiny little square at top right corner where people can’t see it unless they click on it and i don’t like that, how do i fix/change that?
