I like minimal! I would put the tag cloud on the front page as well though.
Not bad. I like minimalist stuff, but find when I try to pull it off that I can’t keep my hands off it and always want to add just a little more.

I have just added a preview function where you can preview excerpts of post instead of just looking at the titles themselves.
Minimalistic it is! Well pulled of only thing I would suggest is creating a larger space between ‘What’s New’ and the first post title and/or maybe increasing the font/weight/color so it’s easier to distinguish from the post title.
