My mu site shows no add website icon?

    Hi
    I seem to have my mu site installed but in “My Sites” it only shows my primary site and there is no add icon anywhere to add a mu site. Does anyone know what I did wrong and how I could fix this?
    So far I have * wildcard and I added the codes in the rightful place. Don’t know what I did wrong. Please assist?

    At the top right of the admin screen, there is a link that says “Network Admin”. Click that.

    Sites are created and modified, and all network settings are managed through the Network Admin screen.
