   Aaaackkkkk.... help me please... I'm hosted at Bluehost and was trying to FTP a new theme to my blog.

   Somehow I ended up with the default theme but all my posts, sidebar info, etc., disappeared.

   I deleted the default theme (in Bluehost) thinking my files would revert to the next theme but now the web page is blank when I enter my url address.

   I couldn't log in to my admin panel once the default theme appeared - my login name and password do not work.

   Is there any way you can help me, besides telling me to take up another hobby?

   I've heard so many good things about Word Press but I just don't seem to get it and have had endless problems. The help pages are so long and convoluted and end up going in dozens of ways except where I think I want to go...

   Thanks for anything you are able to do to help me find my little lost blog!

   Its too bad I didn't come across this earlier. I had an issue with one of my friends blogs. I was trying to update it for him and I messed it up. I contacted Bluehost support and they were able to at least show me what I had done. Since I didn't have a backup and I didn't want to try to run the upgrade again with things broken, they were able to restore the account for me from a backup which was a few days old. If you run into problems like this in the future, explore all avenues of support, as there are many places which can help you.
