My kitchen sink missing.

Updated kitchen twenty ten and used twenty eleven. this is what has happened.

1). I lost my kitchen sink and my complete tool bar.
i. e. wherein the bold is, colors, underline, etc… text. what happened? What can I do to correct this please let me know. I thank you for your time. Please note… I don’t know coding or codex.
