I managed to assign pictures to categories but instead of pictures I see question marks and I get this message
"If you can't see the icons, the URL to icons in the Options panel should be set to Users/oguzsariyildiz/Documents/websites/icons/icons"
I tried many things no result please help when u have time

I am sorry I totally confused you I gave you wrong info.
I use category icons not cat ico lite and eventually I use my domain http://ledlisaat.net but I am using localhost8888 currently.
And I thought maybe I did something wrong with the plug-in, anyway thanks for answering and eventhough I couldn't use the plug in it looks like very good one
Use the last version of the plugin. Have you read this : How to display icons in posts ?
Please create another thread in the right place. I'm closing this one. :)
