  • My site: elasticdollars.com’s Home page is having a CSS problem.
I am not sure what happened. I use the Billions theme.
I re-installed the Home.PHP to make sure nothing was causing any issues.
I have not changed the CSS layout.
The More News is appearing in the Recent News and my images are not auto-re-sizing for the feature image/thumbnail like they did before.
    Help!

  • It looks like the open-external-links-in-a-new-window plugin is breaking.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Don’t forget the ones in mu-plugins if you have one. If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

Thanks for the feedback. I got deactivated and cleaned up some inactive plugins, but no change. 🙁 Any other suggestions?
Twenty Eleven will be so much work if I switch over to that. I have been playing with a number of themes tonight and I am not digging anything.
I have one page that I need it to be one column. Some of the themes I like do not have a page template option in the pages.
    Any suggestions?

This is just a temporary thing to rule out your theme being at fault.

Is there anything to make it less plain? I do not like the layout.

Using twentyeleven does your problem go away?

As I said before, this is just a temporary thing to rule out your theme being at fault. If everything “works” in twentyeleven then you know your theme either needs updating or replacement.
