[resolved] My header uploading software is glitched. (2 posts)

I think I found something you guys don't know about.

I think I caused it when I uploaded the first pic to replace the default one. I sized the length right before uploading at 1000, but the height was 350.

The software said I could crop it, so I did, top and bottom to 228, and published it. No problem. Until...

Until an artist made me 8 more at the perfect 1000 x 228.

The header page says all pics uploaded at 1000 x 228 will be used as is.

No..... When I upload them, the software loads them wrong. It demands I crop the end off before I can publish them.

I deleted the original pic I cropped from the header, and the media library, it didn't help.

This is not my imagination, and the pics are a flawless 1000 x 228. I can give you the Photobucket link. They will not load unless I crop off about 20% of one end.

Any ideas? Anyone want to check a pic, watch me download then publish it in a controlled experiment?
