My friend Jagi, is Locked out of Website and wordpress so i am sending this report to help her get her site back. When we try online to find her site it is not there anymore. http://www.hypnosisabbotsford.com

try:
- switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
- resetting the plugins folder by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

The albeo theme may be causing problems. Have your friend use an ftp client or the file manager in the hosts control panel to rename or remove the albeo theme folder. Then go to //www.hypnosisabbotsford.com/wp-admin
and log back in to reset the theme.
