   Hi,

   I co-run the website UK Twilight and on our forums we have found that some users once they go up a user group (after doing a certain number of posts) parts of the forum disappear to them.

   I have looked in our admin panel and made sure they are in the correct user group.
   When I first looked they were not in the upgraded user group so I added them and they are still having trouble.

   Does anyone have any suggestions? Im desperate! lol
