louis cognataI am having trouble with my footer. I \would like to add a disclaimer to my site but it seems as if the footer is not even functioning. I can take the footer scripting out and yet nothing happens. I can add new info, but yet again nothing happens. I am seriously getting frustrated trying to figure out the issue. If there is help out there for this beginner please don't hesitate.
Whatever info is needed to troubleshoot this problem, just let me know.
