I just updated the twenty-ten theme (it's the one I'm used to) and cannot get the font size for my posts to go back to where I had them. It is too large. I want it a bit smaller. Had copied my 'customized' version and saved it for these moments but even that's not working. Help!

What is the size you want it to be? I looked at the code and the font size is set to 16 pixels. Looks fine on my screen actually. Some text is set to 11 pixels, which seems a bit too small.
(Don't give up the free theme just yet!)

I think I found where you see it's 16 pixels. I would like it to be, then, probably about 12-13 at the most. I don't like the larger look. But when I go to adjust the font, nothing changes. It still looks exactly the same. And before the theme updated, I could make changes in the font size on different things but none of the changes I make show up now...at all. I'm confused as to whether I'm making changes in the wrong place.

Well, gosh...I just replied to your note and it disappeared. Maybe my computer has a ghost. lol.
I think I found where you see 16 pixels. I would like it to be about 12-13 but any changes I make now since the theme update a few days ago...none of the changes show up. It's like it's locked up or something. Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe the update overwrite your original CSS file. If you can access Style.css, online 466, try changing the font size from 16px to 13px. You might wanna adjust the line-height to 20 pixels.

Okay. I don't know what I did, but the font suddenly went incredibly small. So I just decided to re-paste the original theme to deal with it later and now...it won't change from being small. Stupid thing...I give up. What now?

I just saw your reply. I will try that. Right now...it's time to get kiddos to bed for school in the morning. ;) I will attempt what you said in the morning. In the meantime, I guess whoever reads my blog will need a magnifying glass! lol!

Hah, don't worry, I still see the fonts at 16 pixels on your blog. Did you accidentally zoom out your browser?
