Hi there. I've had many readers tell me they are no longer receiving my new posts via email anymore. I have no changed anything as far as I know. I have noticed a marked decline in views because of this and I was wondering what I could do to fix this. Thanks.

Are you doing it with jetpack or some other service . USe jetpack if not .

I did yes, although I was told I shouldn't lose subscribers. And everyone's email is still on the list.
Was this a Guided (paid for) transfer?

as far as I know. Since I got the guided transfer they did everything for me, so i just assumed it was. I wouldn't know how to check or what configuration is right. Thoughts?
You would need to contact the folks over at wordpress.com if you feel the transfer was not completed. Is the Jetpack plugin installed & active?

Yes it is installed and active, other components of it work fine like the stats.
Are you getting any emails from WordPress (eg comment and new subscriber notifications)?

i get comment emails but not new subscriber ones
What happens if you request a copy of your password via the Forgotten Password link on the login page?

You can go to wordpress.com forum and ask staff members to move your email subscriptions from vegginook.wordpress.com to veggienook.com . They will do it .

Then I can't think of a reason why just these emails should be failing. Have you tried signing up to the list yourself?

I have actually, just did it to test it and I didn't get an email when I posted today. It's so strange that no emails are going out despite everything else seeming to be working.

i think its because you have your default feed veggienook.com/feed redirect to feeds.feedburner.com/theveggieting . Jetpack does not support it i think . So your feeds are not appearing correctly to plugin .

if you are using any feedburner redirect plugin deactivate it . Or if you did through .htaccess then its a professional job

Ok I deactivated it. But this was a problem I was having before I started using that plug in. I installed it to try and get a new email subscription going.

But your feed is still redirecting to feeds.feedburner.com/.... . Until and unless you will fix it , jetpack will not work correctly .

I received your email . Its working fine now . No need to do anything . Just keep that plugin deactivated . Anyways nice blog :)

yes, it appears it was a bug in that version of jetpack! when I updated it all was fixed.
