My Entire Site Has Disappeared

    I installed WordPress today and have been using it fine for a few hours. I have been uploading new themes and trying them out- all of them working fine, until I uploaded one theme. Suddenly everything disappeared. I could click on the links to my dashboard, appearance etc, but every page one was blank. No information on any of them.

    I went to my themes folder, deleted the possibly offending them, restarted Firefox but still I can’t bring up anything! The entire editing system is blank. At the moment I’m working as admin on local host so I’m not even sure what to tell you the address is.

    Could be http://localhost:8888/Essential_BLOG or
    http://localhost:8888/esotericglamour or
    http://wordpress.org/Essential_BLOG or
    http://wordpress.org/esotericglamour

    Sorry for my vagueness, I don;t know what to do or where to find this site!

    None of the above links are for your blog/site. ‘localhost’ refers to your machine, so perhaps you installed WordPress on your own computer? No personal blogs are hosted on wordpress.org, so it’s not there either.

    I think the first thing you need to so is find out where your WordPress site is currently hosted.
