My Editors Cannot 'Promote' Users

Even when I added the teacher as an administrator they didn’t see the ‘edit’ link under the users names, just remove.

With the User Role Editor Plugin, I went into the Editor role and added those functions but it still didn’t take, so that coupled with the above issue of even as an admin not being able to promote, I’m just wondering if there’s a deeper issue here, for me at least.

Yes, the super admins are the only ones that can see the ‘edit’ currently

When I switched to an admin, she still couldn’t see the option. I logged in as her to confirm. So i’m guessing admins aren’t even able to do it?

That seems like a pretty big function to wordpress to leave out of Multi-Site if that’s the case, wierd.

So I wonder if it’s a WordPress Network issue or my own Network setup issue?

Yup, it’s checked and they can add users and even delete them without any problems.

They just can’t edit and since they can’t edit, they can’t promote an author to an editor, a subscriber to an author, etc.
