My Domain/wp-admin

Every time I try to get to the page where I can truly install WordPress I get a fatal error page.

In my FTP, I added the wordpress files to my domain without a sub folder.

I go to http://www.lproductionslouied.com/wp-admin
and this message comes up.

I did this earlier but with a subfolder called wordpress (I don’t want to have to go to http://www.lproductionslouied.com/wordpress just to get to my homepage), it worked, but I wanted to change it. I deleted the subfolder and added all the files that were in the subfolder to what I think is the main page of the FTP site. Doing this made nothing work.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
