   I don't know what happened but all my options in my dashboard are gone. I can't edit anything related to my blog appearance because i don't see the options!!! In the "new post" option up there there is only 4 options as "drafts" "new page" "upload" and "coments".
   There do I change the theme for example? Everything is gone!
   Here is what I see:

   Hey!

   I've got the exact same problem, it happened when I was installing a plugin, Kaltura interactive video, did you do anything similar?

   I didn`t fix it :(
   I have no clue what to do!
   And I don`t have this Kaltura interactive video plugin installed. Maybe if you uninstall it?

   I have the exact same problem after I upgraded from 2.5 to 2.7

   I disabled all the plugins and it worked. Now i activate them again one by one to find out which one is causing the problem.

   The plugin called Lighter Menus was my problem

   ya same problm faced by ME to
   The Problem is Lighter Menus Plugin

   Just Disable or Delet "lighter menus plugin"
   then everything fine...!!!
