Everytime I try and install , a poll, or a cotact form, or anything that involves me putting code onto a page or post, they fall through. I get blank pages, or the BBC code in most cases.
Anyone know what I can do about this? I know I reformatted wordpress a couple days ago. I really don't want to do that again.

Posted 3 years ago #WP reformats your html, even thought it seems like it should just pass the html through. I use wp-unformatted, which prevents any reformatting...
