All the buttons in my sidebar are replaced by an odd "image not available" wording - only partially, though. i had a friend look through the code and she said everything looked fine.

Posted 3 years ago #They aren't appearing because the images aren't at the locations you specified. Such as:
http://yarnballboogie.typepad.com/vhblog.jpg
OR Typepad might have hotlinking disabled which means you can't link to images on their server. The one that works is this one:
http://www.yarnballboogie.com/images/limeandviolet.jpg
which is on YOUR server. Upload the images to that folder on your domain and relink them.
