Can you tell me what you see?
Well, it’s supposed to have black fonts, with red links. Tahoma/Verdana font.
It’s the font that’s mainly the problem…
First off, your a damn fine looking young lady, if that is a pic of you on the front page.
Second, welcome to the world of web design !
It’s amazing how different a site can look under different browsers.
Having said that, I just visited it in Mozilla and it looked like black verdana to me.
I think your font is a little small for old geezers like me though.
Any serious web designer should install all the mozilla and netscapes and firefoxes he can. And opera.
i.e. is the tricky one, cause MS won’t let you have more than one version installed at a time …. so ….
if you can get your hands on vmware it is a great tool.
If not, find yourself some other computers, and keep older versions of i.e. on there.
Make friends with someoen with a Mac, and check out your site in safari and mac i.e.
If you have access to linux you should check your site in Konquerer too, and Linux Mozilla, which is pretty popular (but should render like windows Mozilla but you never know).
Mac colors and Windows colors can be drastically different sometimes …

Unless you were being sarcastic, that “damn fine looking lady” is Avril Lavigne. and yes, she IS A DAMN FINE LOOKING LADY. Hahahahahah! 😛
I’m a guy, which makes what you said even funnier. LOL
It is absolutely the same in FF1 and IE 5.5 (which rarely happens 🙂
Maybe your friend is seeing an older version from his/her cache?? Or does the friend have installed tahoma, verdana on the system?
