    I dont know why but,its REALLY and i mean REALLY slow, at times it doesnt even load. Then sometimes when it DOES load, the images dont fully come in, they get half loaded. i pinged my site/server and no packet/data lost so….

    i googled up some ways to make WP blogs faster and the main relevant thing i kept finding was that having too many plugins can slow a WP blog down so i removed a few and now i have about 4 that id like to keep although im not sure if those 4 are still considered ‘alot’

    is there ANY way to speed my blog up? id appreciate ANY help,tips, recommendations…ANYTHING, this slowness is killing me.

    This sounds like a problem with your server/webhost.

    There is an add on for FireFox called Charles. It’ll tell you a great deal about the download speeds of the files. The program also comes as a stand alone.

    is that the only problem??? i mean at first it was fine but now its the problem….if it IS the webhost (godaddy) then what can i as a customer do?

    I repeatedly had this exact problem with Godaddy, so I switched to a new web host… Problem solved.

    iridiax… can you tell us which web host you switched to? I cannot take the slowness and terrible support anymore with Godaddy. I have to get this working!

    I use Host Gator, and so far they have been fine.
