   Good morning,

   Yesterday our website stopped working in the evening, since that moment we cannot manage to access in any way to it. As it shows an 404 error

   We have an spanish page, is it a general problem? what solution can I get?

   All of your critical WordPress files appear to be gone. You should contact your hosting provider ASAP and find out if they did something to your account and if they can restore from a backup.
