    Dear All,

Unfortunately it seems my blog at digitalang.com has been hacked.

There is a small smiley face at the bottom of each page and I can't get into my admin area to do anything like spam comments etc.

When I try to get to /wp-admin I get a 404 error. I can see my whole blog via the Cpanel, but I can't seem to interact to write/delete/edit posts or anything else.

Yikes! Has anyone got any clever ideas of how to fix this?

    Thanks,

    Seth.

So, the smiley is NOT a sign of being hacked.
The blog works - from the frontend.

404 means just that: the file/folder is NOT there.

Aha, great thanks Moshu. I guess the smiley face is not a sign of being hacked then, just the stats. That's a good start.

However, I still think there is something very wrong with my blog. If I try to got to /wp-login, /wp-admin or any of the other pages to interact with my blog I get the 404 page error-

From what you're saying I guess that means that the /wp-login folder etc isn't there? That seems pretty wrong to me :-/

FTP? Check if it is there?
(I can't check it, for sure:)

When I check via ftp I can see everything, folders, files etc... very strange. When I try to access via http, I get the 404.

Any ideas what might cause this?
