My Blog Feeds are not updating

Hi all,

Can someone help me?

My wordpress is installed in http://keyelement.pt.

I have the following blog (http://www.keyelement.pt/blog) and I’ve tried to set my RSS Feed link in several ways:

http://keyelement.pt/feed/rss/
http://keyelement.pt/feed/rss2/
http://keyelement.pt/feed/rdf/
http://keyelement.com/feed/atom/

but I am not being able to put it to work!

It shows me old test posts and the links are not recognizable in feed validators.

Any clues?
