   I am using 3.0 I like the stats but nobody sees them but me. No matter what permission I give. I want to give permission to my authors.

   The permission to view the stats is associated with WordPress.com account.
   Try following the steps 1-4 here to add other users.
   http://en.support.wordpress.com/api-keys/#changing-the-api-key-used-for-stats

   Please note the email address you enter has to be the one registered as a WordPress.com user.
