MwdiaWiki integration

    I have been read lot of articles about this topic, but all of them are too old.
    I need to make integration between WordPress 3.3.1 and MediaWiki 1.18.1
    This integration should includ: user integration, if someone registered at wordpress system this user should be registred in mediaWiki automatically and opposite (MediaWiki to WordPress), it should includ registration via social networks too (Facebook, Twitter, Vkontakte).
    How to realise this idea?

    And i need an advice from persons who faced with MediaWiki platform, is there MediaWiki community except as on official web site?
    Because I need help with Farmer extension.
