I am creating a website, example1.com, which has multiple sub-websites, sub1.example1.com, sub2.example1.com, sub3.example1.com, etc… I want each sub-website to be fully customisable but I want all the sub-websites and primary websites to share the same user registration which may also eventually be used on other websites, example2.com.
I'm not sure what the best way to go about setting this up is, I'm not even sure WordPress is the way I should be going…

Users on a MultiSite are network wide, so ... that's all built in.

I also want guests of my website be able to register and at a later date the user able to customise their account.

Also, how do I deploy/install a WordPress MS setup.
Again... You can do that with WordPress :) MultiSite is like running your own WordPress.com install.
If the normal profile isn't enough, there are plugins to make it even beefier.

Thank you for the help, I'm taking a look now, I may post here if I need any help, I'm fairly new to WordPress, but from what I can tell, it's suited for what I need. Thank you for the help.
