Multisite – User Settings Page Blank

I’ve installed WP Multisites using subdomains. All seems to be working fine as regards blog creation etc, but when a user tries to access their ‘Settings’ page it shows up blank. I checked my error logs and it showed me this:

[19-Apr-2012 11:39:49] PHP Fatal error: require() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required 'ABSPATHwp-includes/load.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/******/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21

Any help would be appreciated, as everything else works fine!
