Multisite Support Questions

Curious about whether WooCommerce can handle a build that we will be beginning soon.
The WordPress installation will be multisite with a parent company with ecommerce and a child company with ecommerce. They will be mapped to separate domains.
Is it possible to list separate products for each company but have a single place for invoices and orders?
My thinking is that we could put all products on the parent company’s dashboard and categorize them. Can we pull a particular category of product (using the shortcodes) from one site to another or will we have to find another way to do it?
We’re trying to make management between the two sites as seamless as possible on the backend while keeping their front ends completely separate.
