   First of all thanks to those who helped with my install, its all working now. I will post the problems etc shortly which may help others.

   My question now:

   Is it possible to make the search available to look at all the blogs, not just the blog your looking at?

   eg: Im on site.com/user1 and search 'maths' and i'd like to see posts from site.com/user2 who has mentioned maths?
