Multisite not working properly after hackers attack

    My site got hacked, so I had to revert everything from a backup. But there a a few problems, and now I can’t access the multisite Network! When trying to enter wp-admin/network/ it gives the “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” The two sites do show up in My Sites, but the Network isn’t there.

    I’ve changed nothing in my wp-config.php or .htaccess, so this is most likely a database problem, since if I change the username for WP in my sites control panel, the multisite automatically goes away!

    ADDITIONAL INFO: These errors came up when I reverted the blog from a backup, so I put the wp-config.php back manually, because without it the blog was totally broken:
