Multisite Dashboard

    Is it possible in WordPress enjoy the facility of Multisite Dashboard?

    I will love to have it.

    As my site http://vsagar.com is very popular and has around 900-1000 visits per day.
    I have also two sub domains about.vsagar.com and yash.vsagar.com.

    But I have installed WP independently on each of these sub domains and have to work by logging in each dashboard and work separately.

    It is very problematic and confusing.

    Will it be possible to control all these three domains from same dashboard?

    If so, please guide me how to control and convert it from this current conditions?
