Multisite Compatability?

    I’ve been running this successfully for a couple of weeks on a single site set up but I’ve added it to a Multisite and it won’t pick up the thumbnails – is it not multisite compatable or have I missed something in my settings please? (I have checked and the add_theme_support( 'post-thumbnails' ); is enabled in the theme functions)
