My admin pages are trying use pretty permalinks. From the Manage Help Documents screen, I can click View and get the correct url http://mydomain.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=wp-help-documents&document=133
However, if I click on Publishing Help and then the page title, it tries to send me to this link: http://mydomain.com/introducing-the-wordpress-dashboard/
Which turns up a 404 error...

I don't have a multisite and the same happens to me.
Must be the pretty permalinks.
I hope theres a fix for this issue as its a really great plugin.

I was experiencing the same problem - I upgraded my blog from 3.0.2 to 3.1.3 and the issue disappeared. I don't know if it was related to the internal links option that appeared in 3.1, but that was something I was looking for in the upgrade and it seems to have helped.
