• Hello,
I am doing some planning before I start putting together my sports site and am not sure how to accomplish what I am looking to do.

    – Home Page will have content (articles, polls, image slideshow, etc.) about each sport
    – Each sport will have its own “Main Page” with articles, polls, image slideshow, etc.)

Since the “Home Page” is usually controlled through the theme options, I believe organizing the site as described above will require me to install multiple versions of wordpress on my site.

I’m also not sure how to get around the fact that users would have to register multiple times to leave comments for each sports article section.

Has anyone successfully created and managed something similar to this? I’m not sure how I should set this up in regards to multiple versions, multiple database, share a single database, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On the same note…Does this sound like something that may work better with WordPress MU?

Also, I believer I may be able to get around the registered users issue by using a custom user table.

Any one have any thoughts on this?
