   How can i create a filter for two taxomonies?

   i have something like this

   http://localhost/dev/?specialty=cardiology&city=calamba

   what happening is, it displays all of the custom post types that belongs to cardiology OR calamba,

   what i need is to display only post that belongs to cardiology AND calamba
