Multiple subdomains for one site (1 post)

    Hello.

I run a successful site that I wrote myself entirely in PHP, its been going well for a few years now but I find myself at a bit of a crossroads. I frequently need to add new features to my site, features that wordpress already provides, or provides now that didn't when I wrote my site.

    Currently I have:
http://mydomain.com/ - my hand coded site
http://blog.mydomain.com/ - WordPress blog integrated theme with main site.

I am thinking of redoing the entire site in WordPress and I would like to include more subdomains (one per master page), so I end up with

    http://mydomain.com - main site homepage
http://blog.mydomain.com - no change, list of posts by date
    http://page1.mydomain.com - static wordpress page
    http://page2.mydomain.com - static wordpress page
    and so on

Page1 and page2 will be WordPress pages with sub pages i.e. on a normal blog http://mydomain.com/page1/subpage/ will become http://page1.mydomain.com/subpage/

I don't know if I explained that very well or not, but is this possible in WordPress and if so how do I go about setting it up?

    Thanks in advance
    Tim
